I think a demand breakdown for copper is needed to identify whether the EV incentive is truly significant, based on my gathered data, it wont. Transportation accounts for around 15% of total demand, the rise in copper demand for EV and the establishments of chargers comes at the cost of small copper tubes in ICE vehicles, such transition would not pose a surge in demand I suppose. Again, the commodity market is hard to analyze and please give me further contrary infos if you have any. Thanks!
